PLOT

Harry searches for a dog's owner while eluding drug smugglers who will kill to get the dog.

CHARACTER

Hawkins is a good cop, he joins his men on the street working a tough case. They all are undercover in drag in the search for someone who is murdering prostitutes. He’s willing to bend the rules for his friend Harry.

COSTUME

In Vice locker room the Captain is wearing a black bra, makeup, blonde wig, and smoking a cigar. On the street he’s got a pink sweater with lace ruffles at neck and a red sequinned mini-skirt, with black stockings and heels.

LINES

(About rouge while he and his men are getting into drag) "Dominic, do not use it all. I had to buy this myself. The department buys the cheap stuff and it makes me break out. Um? Um."

(In response to "oh, mama" remarks while on street in drag) "Animals."

"Ellen, Harry's an old pro. What kinda trouble could he get himself into?"
